Favorite Training Ride:

Start from Digne les bains with my MTB and  back pack, ride up on the road and fire road 20 miles (+ 2500 feet) than lock the bike and hike/run with pole to the summit of l'Estrop (9000 feet, + 5000 feet) and back the same way. Best time : 6h30'

Favorite Event :

XTERRA Nationals in Ogden, it's on the mountain, where I feel good, and it was my first US national championship victory in 2009.
