Lifetime Crash Replacement PolicyENVE® Composites designs and manufactures products that will confidently survive the rigors of competition and riding at the highest levels. We also understand that unintentional accidents happen more often than any of us would like. There are pot holes, that rider who “took me out”, distracted drivers, debris, animals, weather, and many other ways to crash or damage your bicycle. It may also be that you have put a ridiculous amount of CX miles in the sand and mud and actually wore out an ENVE product. While this hasn’t happened…yet, should something happen not covered by warranty, we want to keep you lovin’ your ENVE products with as little pain to the pocket book as possible. Toward that goal we offer a LIFETIME Crash Replacement Policy to the original owner.
The price of replacement product or parts is 50% off the listed MSRP price to the original purchaser (i.e., Road Fork 2.0 MSRP $480, Crash Replacement $240).
How it works:- We offer a 50% discount off of MSRP. The Consumer must:
- Return the damaged part or product to ENVE® or their agent (dealer/distributor) at the Consumer’s expense.
- Provide an Original Sales Receipt or Proof Of Purchase.
- Policy covers ENVE manufactured products and components, (e.g. rims, bars, forks, stems, seat posts).
- What is not covered by ENVE® to the Consumer:
- Labor to repair / rebuild the product. Labor is charged at the normal rate to the Consumer.
- Non-ENVE-manufactured components, (e.g. hubs, spokes).
- Sales Tax and Freight are the responsibility of the Consumer.
Two-year No Hassle WarrantyENVE® Composites LLC WarrantyENVE® Composites warrants all products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of TWO YEARS from the original purchase date, (receipt required). This warranty is non-transferable and valid to the original purchaser of the product only.
Claims under this warranty must be made through the retailer where the original purchase of you ENVE product was made. Proof of purchase is required.
Limitations of Warranty- Warranty does not cover parts that have been incorrectly installed, serviced, or otherwise adjusted respective to the ENVE installation manual.
- Warranty does not cover damage sustained to parts used for applications beyond the scope of their intended design. (ex. Using All Mountain rims for Downhill)
- Warranty does not apply to damage related to a crash, impact, unauthorized alteration, abuse of product, and normal wear and tear. See ENVE’s Lifetime Crash Replacement.
Normal wear and tear refers to:
- Worn out braking surface
- Worn or damaged brake pads
- Damaged spokes from crashing or poor shifting adjustment
- Nipple corrosion
- Superficial chips and scratches on rim or components
Warranty does not apply to parts manufactured by other manufacturer, (ex. hubs, spokes, nipples). Consult the individual manufactures for issues related to these parts.
Wheels:
ENVE complete wheel sets and rims are provided with our proprietary Enve Grey brake pads specific for carbon rims as we believe these are the best carbon specific brake pads available following rigourous in-house testing. Standard or inferior brake pads melt when using carbon rims and can cause buildup on the rim surface leading to rim failure.
Failure to use the recommended pads (including replacements) can result in voided warranty if rims are damaged as a result.
Handlebars:
This warranty does not cover handlebars that sustain damage due to use of bar ends or clip-on bars. Handlebars may have an effective usable life less than two years depending on amount of use, type of use and other conditions. Users should inspect their handlebars on a regular basis in order to detect damage that may have occurred from normal use or abuse.
Forks:
Warning:
ENVE Composites forks are not approved for tandem bicycle use.
Warranty does not cover forks that are improperly installed. Please see our service instructions for proper installation instructions. Users should inspect their fork on a regular basis in order to detect damage that may have occurred from
normal use.

Limits of Warranty:
ENVE Composites agrees to repair or replace products deemed by ENVE Composites to be defective as indicated below. ENVE Composites reserves the right to replace product with like replacements that may have graphics or finishing different from the original part. If a part defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, ENVE Composites will either (1) repair the defect at no charge, or (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which is at least functionally equivalent to the original product. ENVE Composites may request that you replace defective parts with new or refurbished user-installable parts that ENVE Composites provides in fulfillment of its warranty obligation. Replacement parts assume the remaining duration of the original warranty period, or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes property of the customer and the item replaced becomes property of ENVE Composites.
If the repair or the replacement of the warranted product is not possible, or will cost more than the value of the product being repaired, the consumer may ask to receive either a reduction in the price of a replacement product, or the cancellation of the purchase agreement. In the case of goods sold to commercial entities (Bicycle or bicycle parts retailers, distributors, and their employees) warranty term is limited to one year. Parts re-sold in new condition, to consumers, in the normal process of business, assume the normal warranty terms.
