The mountain biker who wonders what is possible, the skeptic afraid of ‘plastic’ wheels, the weight weenie, the Clydesdale, the high mileage guy, the weekend warrior. It would be easier to describe who it is not for…

ENVE showed the world that a mountain bike wheel could be carbon – we’re still immensely proud of that achievement. A mountain bike wheel, however, can be so much more.  The M6 Series is not about technical challenges, and we refuse to chase specifications in order to be the widest, tallest, or stiffest. For the M6 Series of wheels, the question was not about carbon, rather, “What is the potential of a mountain bike wheel?”

Each M6 Series wheel model is designed for the broad range of tire widths, hub configurations, and sizes so that – you – the modern trail rider, can choose between them.

    ENVE or nothing

How many hours/week do you ride? 6-15

What is your age bracket? 36-45

I put these on my 2018 Specialized Enduro and replaced the stock Roval Traverse SL wheel set. Immediately noticed how much faster these 635’s with DT Swiss 240’s rolled compared to the stock Rovals. So happy with this upgrade and solidifes that it’s ENVE’s or nothing on all my bikes.

Have had this rimset on a Yeti SB130 now for a little over a year. They’re fantastic as you can run low pressure without the worry of rolling the tires or dinging a rim. I had a problem with the rear wheel (wouldnt tension properly). ENVE customer service (Mikie) had me send it back and they replaced the rim – I had it back in 1.5 weeks (thats service!!!), even in the midst of a pandemic. Thank you ENVE, you have a life-long customer.

I’m riding the M635 w/ Chris King hubs on a 2020 Stumpjumper and they are an amazing combo. I left the stock wheels on my Stumpy for the first couple rides because they were carbon and I wanted to give them a chance. I quickly realized they were not Enve’s. I was getting break rubbing while cornering and while pedaling standing from the flex in the wheels. After two rides I ordered the new M635 and have never been happier. The flex and break rubbing went away on the first ride and has improved the ride and responsiveness of the whole setup. When buying a new bike the first swap will be the wheels. I also added a bar and stem for good measure to complete the Enve package.
