El Smart ENVE System 2.2 es el mejor par de ruedas escaladoras con propiedades aerodinámicas de la actualidad, redefiniendo lo que es estabilidad con viento y condiciones climáticas extremas. Así, con la SES 2.2, la ligereza triunfa sobre la reducción de la carga aerodinámica, pero sin olvidarla. Las SES 2.2 han sido estudiadas en el túnel de viento del Mercedes GP-Petronas para definir el perfil final de las llantas. A diferencia del resto de los juegos de ruedas SES, las SES 2.2 presentan el mismo perfil en ambas ruedas, mientras las otras ruedas SES difieren en el ancho y la altura según se monten delante o detrás, con el fin de maximizar la eficiencia aerodinámica. En términos de compatibilidad con los neumáticos, las SES 2.2 se han desarrollado para ser montadas con secciones de 25 mm, y la versión para cubierta es además compatible con neumáticos tubeless (sin cámara). Como la SES 2.2 está diseñada para ser empleada en carreteras de montaña, era importante que las prestaciones de frenado fueran superiores. Así, la SES 2.2 es la primera llanta SES en presentar nuestra nueva textura moldeada de la pista de freno. Esta nueva textura moldeada de la pista de frenado aumenta las prestaciones de frenada en hasta un 30% en comparación a las anteriores pistas de freno, obteniendo sobre mojado tan buenos resultados como los conseguidos en seco. Cada par de ruedas SES 2.2 incluye 2 pares de nuestras nuevas zapatas de freno negras, que han sido especialmente formuladas para aumentar la potencia de frenado, la modulación y las prestaciones sobre mojado. La combinación de la nueva pista de freno y de las zapatas negras proporciona el máximo en tecnología de frenado sobre llanta. La SES 2.2 debutó en competición profesional en el Tour de Francia 2015 con el Team Dimension Data (anteriormente Team MTN-Qhubeka).

Front Axle

ENVE supports standard 100mm and boost 110mm front wheel 15mm thru-axle systems on all wheels except the M90 which uses a 20mm front axle. We can convert thru-axles to accommodate quick releases if your fork requires the use of a quick release. Front axle specifications are provided by your fork manufacturer.
