“Not only were the Enve wheels faster, they also made for a much livelier ride feel, really bringing out the quality of the Wilier frame, hidden by the slow stock wheels.”

Frederik Sorensen –
I have been riding Roval CLX, Zipp 404, and several other high end wheels out there.
Due to being a tall guy at 2m and 90kg its really easy for me to tell whether a wheelset is good or really good.
I have been riding the 5.6 disc for a few weeks now, and there is a big difference from other company’s to Enve’s. I am so stoked and absolutely love them – without any comparison – the 5.6’s are the absolute best wheels I have ever ridden.

Kevin Rowe –
I traded up from SES 4.5AR disc wheels (hookless tubeless waaaaaay too finicky), and LOVE these SES 5.6 disc wheels! I’m quite heavy 100kg (220lbs.) + and can really expose lesser wheels when sprinting or climbing. I went with a deeper wheel than what is usually recommended for the amount of climbing in our region. However, these wheels just make me want to ride faster, and are actually quite lively climbers for a wheel of this depth and weight. I considered the Specialized Rapide CLX, but was afraid of the low weight, and 18-spoke count on the front. These are quite gorgeous on my S-WORKS Tarmac Disc. 🙂 I admittedly wish that these were wide like the ARs, but still hooked and tubeless compatible so I’d have the option. I haven’t missed tubeless at all however as I use latex tubes and don’t miss the mess. Lastly, the support I’ve received from Enve has been stellar, and above anything you’ll get from other brands.
