Incident Protection Terms

Lifetime Incident Protection

“Lifetime” refers to the practical lifespan of the product for the duration in which it is in possession of the original registered owner. ENVE products are durable and designed for a long lifespan, however, the manner in which a Product is used, maintained, serviced, and cared for will directly impact the lifespan of a product.

Damage While Riding (crashes, impacts, potholes, etc…) – THE Damaged ENVE product will be replaced at no cost. Parts, labor, and return shipping IS NOT covered by ENVE.

Damage from an Accident (car rack incidents, exhaust pipes, dog ate your wheel, etc…) – THE Damaged ENVE product will be replaced at no cost. Parts, labor, and return shipping IS NOT covered by ENVE.

Wear and Tear – Not covered by Lifetime Incident Protection (Examples: worn/damaged decals, scratches, worn brake tracks, worn or otherwise damaged tires, spokes, UV fade, etc…)

Improper Installation or Setup – Not covered by Lifetime Incident Protection (Examples: using non-ENVE tubeless tape, valve-stems or lock-rings, over-inflating a rim, failure to install Protective Rim Strip on M7 or M9 Series wheels)

Requirement to Participate:

  • Must be the original owner of the ENVE product
  • Product registration is recommended for prompt service.  Product Registration can be completed here.
    • You will need your product serial number(s) and a valid proof of purchase from ENVE or an authorized dealer.

ENVE and its distribution partners reserve the right to refuse warranty or Lifetime Incident Protection Program service to any person who in ENVE’s or its distribution partner’s sole discretion, abuse its products, programs or warranty policy. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence and/or intentionally damaging your product will not be covered by the ENVE Lifetime Incident Protection Program or 5-Year Limited Warranty.
If the ENVE product being claimed under the ENVE Lifetime Incident Protection Program has been reported to an insurance policy provider the ENVE Lifetime Incident Protection Program is void for the damaged product.

All pricing is based off the current suggested retail pricing for the frame or component in question. Pricing may vary based on your location and distribution partner’s programming.

Given that the Custom Road and its integrated components are all custom built and painted, claims made via this program will be prioritized, but lead times will be 4-6 weeks.
