In addition, I had ordered these bits for a last minute change up on my bike before a 200 mile solo coming up in…six days! Was disappointed that the only shipping option was “free”, which meant by truck and means a longish delivery time here in Alaska. I contacted customer service and Jake G. expedited my order with their shipping department, with the result that I received bar and stem in plenty of time to install and trial on several training rides.
