No, it does not. Incidental Damage Protection begins from your original date of purchase. How are shipping and labor costs handled for an incident?
In the event of an ENVE Incidental Damage Protection claim, the customer is responsible for all shipping and labor costs. For example, if a wheel is damaged in the first year of ownership, ENVE will replace the rim at no charge, customer will be responsible for shipping to and from ENVE, the small parts required to rebuild the wheel (i.e. spokes), and the labor to breakdown and rebuild the wheel.
